Investigating domestic noise complaints can be a lengthy and therefore costly job often involving many 'out of hours' visits. With noise complaints on the increase the pressure on personnel and revenue is enormous.
But it doesn't have to be that way. Matron II or Matron III can greatly reduce your workload by doing most of the work for you.
