The Nor 116 Sound Level Meter is ideal for noise monitoring. This very popular noise meter with superb time domain analysis functions. Fast, Slow and Impulse measurements of Leq, Lmax, Lmin, SEL, Peak plus Ln values. Large memory, parallel A and C measurements with graphical and numerical display plus AC and digital outputs

In the event of a 'flat' battery the last thing the Nor 116 does is to store the results in the non volatile memory.

Overall measurements selectable from a second up to several days and in the level recorder - time mode, the traces may be annotated to highlight individual events during the measurement

All our meters, and calibrators are delivered with calibration certificates.

It is good practice to use a calibrator on-site before and after each measurement and log the fact with serial numbers in the report.

Sound level meters and particularly microphones are very susceptible to damp, so should not be used outside, unless protected - see our environmental kits.
