Power Amplifier with Noise Generator - 230 VAC

May be used as a stand-alone class AB power amplifier or with the internal noise generator.

Ideal for use with a  Nor 250  hemi-dodecahedron or the  Nor 213 and 223  dodecahedron speakers for output sound power levels of up to 120 dB. Mains operated.

Output power - 250 W continuous or 1 kW peak into 4 Ω load via a NL4FC connector.

1. Frequency response 3 Hz to 40 kHz.
2. Input maximum 1 V rms into 10 kΩ, BNC connector.
3. Built in MLS ** noise generator with pink or combined white/red noise output.
4. Levels adjustable in 5 dB steps from 0 dB (1 V rms) to -35 dB, BNC output.
5. To enable maximum dynamic range when measuring reverberation times, the cooling fan is switched off once the input signal drops below 70 mV.

Manufacturer's Specifications

A 20 m BNC input cable and an output cable compatible with the speaker supplied are included.

The power amplifier Nor 260 is extremely powerful, so care must be taken not to destroy any loudspeaker systems connected to it.
