Power amplifier specially designed for building acoustics measurements by Norsonic.

Ideal for use with a Nor 250 hemi or the full Nor 213 and 223 dodecahedron speakers for output sound power levels of up to 120 dB for:-

Sound Insulation Measurements Reverberation Time Measurements Absorption Coefficient Measurements Features. ♦  Lightweight and rugged construction. ♦  Self contained noise generator, pink, red/white and white noise, with 5 dB stepped attenuator. ♦  500 Wrms output power into 4 Ω load via a NL4FC connector. ♦  120 dB sound power level, 50 - 5000 Hz with Nor 250 loudspeakers. ♦  Equalization networks to optimize acoustic output from speaker. ♦  Balance signal input for low noise and limited cross talk problems. ♦  230Vac mains operation.

Manufacturer's Specifications

A 20 m BNC input cable and an output cable compatible with the speaker supplied are included.

The power amplifier Nor 280 is extremely powerful, so care must be taken not to destroy any loudspeaker systems connected to it.
