This section deals with miscellaneous instruments but we also have a wide range of cables and other useful items. We have brought them together under miscellaneous accessories.

Head and Torso Simulator (HATS) Type 4128-C consists of a head mounted on a torso, representing the international average dimensions of a human adult. In airborne acoustic measurements it provides the correct simulation of the acoustic field around a human head and torso.

Metra KS 76 are general purpose IEPE accelerometers, supplied with a range of accessories. Ideal for use with a B&K 2250 meter which has built-in engineering units and can be supplied with the FFT option for narrow band analysis -

| TCD D8 DAT Recorder - dual channel - modified version | £ 5 a day * |
Sony dual channel battery operated DAT recorder with both improved channel separation and fixed input sensitivities for use with sound level meters etc. 2.5 mm stereo input and output sockets. We also stock the unmodified-modified versions - as delivered by Sony - at the same price.
DAT Recorders have to a large extent been superseded by the ability of meters like the B&K 2250 to capture the raw data while simultaneously measuring and analysing the signal in real time.

**** The B&K 7815, B&K 7820 and B&K 7830 software are supplied under B&K license conditions and require a 'dongle' to enable operation, so please order separately if required. Please also note these dongles only 'work' with Gracey & Associates meters.
