Environmental Noise Pollution
We have dozens of environmental noise pollution meters available for background noise, noise nuisance and general noise monitoring equipment in accordance with BS 4142, BS 7445 and ISO 1996 British & International Standards. The most popular noise meters, for routine environmental noise surveys, are the Norsonic 116 and the B&K 2236.Where octave and 1/3 octave band surveys are required, the B&K 2250, B&K 2260, CEL 593, Nor 118, Nor 140 and Nor 121 real time analyzers are available. The B&K 2250 is becoming the meter of choice especially now the FFT and Tone Analysis options are available.
For outdoor noise measurements and longer term surveys, we have environmental noise measurement kits, complete with class 1 outdoor microphones and meter enclosures with rechargeable batteries.
For noise nuisance measurements inside a complainants property we have both the B&K Matron II and Matron III systems as well as the Norsonic 121 Annoyance Recorder.

Hand held, battery operated, real time octave and third octave sound analyzer - 12 Hz to 20 kHz. Measures and calculates the commonly required, time averaged parameters and statistical data.
